Mineral Concealer - Fair

The fair concealer has been great at covering up dark purple circles under my eyes. I find I need to warm it up in my hand first to ensure it goes on smoothly. If offers good coverage without looking cakey and un- natural. Thank you for your great products.

I ordered the concealer in Fair and it was a good colour match for my skin. It's a good consistency - not too powdery or too creamy - with decent coverage. I use it mainly for blemishes rather than an under-eye concealer.

As my eye drops medication causes dark circles under my eyes, this is great for concealing them, A pleasure to use and stops me looking like a panda!

I've tried lots of different brands for their foundations and cover ups; most I find irritate my skin, look heavy and cake off after a few hours. This concealer isn't like that at all; it's lightweight and looks sooo natural. Covers up my darker circles days too. It comes in a lipstick sort of tube so I had to get used to using it in that way rather than the usual pump. I am fair skinned, blonde so I'm glad I chose the lightest option as it's perfect.

I just wanted to respond to Beverley's review (3/2/18) by saying that I too am an older woman, but my skin's never dry because I use a good moistsuriser in the mornings. So at any time of day I apply this concealer my skin feels peachy, and it goes on well.

I've been using this concealer a couple of weeks, hoping my money would be well spent. It is! It's the first concealer I've used that spreads easily and doesn't cake. Under my eyes and on my cheeks it's better than foundation, (which I've given up on with other companies). It much reduces the purpley half circles under my eyes, and partly blotchy cheeks, so they in no way stand out. I think it makes me look younger! As with an array of Odylique products, it's worth the money and joins the stock items on my list. (A tinted version might give my pale white skin a healthy glow, if ever produced).

This is the best concealer I have had. I have pretty bad dark circles and a fair skin. I also teach yoga so it's important for me to look fresh and rested and this one really does the job. The coverage is excellent and it lasts for the day. Also efficient to hide unwanted spots. I really only want to buy natural clean skin care products now and this one ticks all the boxes! Highly recommend!

I love this. It covers up little spots and imperfections without being heavy and obvious. Highly recommended.

The makeup was for granddaughter and it makes lovely ideas for presents as she really likes it

Quite a cakey, dry formula that would work better on oily skin or mixed with a moisturiser. It tends to clump in the smallest of wrinkles and dry patches of skin, emphasising them. I wouldn't recommend for people with mature or very dry skin. It doesn't glide on very smoothly, but dabbing with a finger or a brush distributes it well enough.
It does stay on all day, covering blemishes well and it doesn't seem to clog pores, the way cheaper products do. And its ethical credentials are fabulous - one of the few concealers that don't contain palm oil, which is the main reason I bought it. Although I'm not sure if the mica in its ingredients is ethically sourced.

Hi there, thank you for your review! As you probably know, we are certified by the Soil Association. Mica sourcing is approved to strict organic standards. In regards to the dry patches of skin, it might be that your skin is a little drier at this time of year - try popping a bit of more moisturiser first, which should help!

I bought this concealer to disguise dark circles around my eyes and redness around my nose plus my cheeks. It goes on very well blended with a brush and gives great coverage but with a natural, fresh look (rather than heavy & caked) which I like. I was impressed with the concealer as it stayed on throughout the day and did disguise the problem areas on my face. It feels like it's gently moisturising my skin too. Very happy especially as it has no nasty chemicals too!

I usually use a liquid concealer so I was sceptical about how a stick concealer would blend. I shouldn't have worried as this melts into the skin easily when applied with fingertips or a brush and blends well with my other make up. Often concealers can make spots worse but this was gentle and lightweight on the skin but covered well. A little on the expensive side but I bought it with the spring make up offer so it worked out good value for the 3 items I got.
