2) Delivery of your order
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. During busy periods this may take a bit longer.
UK Parcel Delivery
UK parcels are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class post unless 1st class post is requested and paid for at the time of ordering. We also offer a next day UK delivery option with Parcelforce or APC which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery costs are displayed here.
International Parcel Delivery
International parcels are despatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce and the delivery costs vary according to destination.
For orders to United Kingdom, please order on www.odylique.co.uk.
We can deliver to most countries in the world, except where we have an exclusive distribution partner. Please see our stockists page for details.
We accept payment by major credit cards and Paypal.
4) If you want to cancel
You do have the Statutory Right to cancel your order. This right starts when you place your order and ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel, please call us on +44 (0)1638 491022 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and order reference number.
If you cancel and the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please do this as soon as possible. Where you have exercised your right to cancel, you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us unopened, in a saleable condition. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. We recommend that returns are sent by ‘registered delivery' and the original proof of posting is
5) Damaged or incorrect goods
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective or not fit for purpose, please contact us on +44 (0) 1638 491022 or email email@example.com as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days. Within the 30-day period, the goods should be sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement, including the cost of standard delivery postage to you.

Discount codes and offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers - only one code can be applied per order.
Discount codes do not apply to vouchers, supplements and face cloths - or any other non-Odylique products sold on our websites.
Offers and codes cannot be redeemed once an order has been placed - please check that your code has been applied before placing your order. Our Customer Care team cannot apply a discount code once an order has been placed.
Offers cannot be redeemed outside of the timeframe stated for the individual code.
Free delivery codes - you must select the Free Delivery option once the code has been applied.
