Timeless Rose Moisturiser

I love anything with rose in, and was excited to use this, and it hasn't disappointed me! I find it quite light, and will use with the super concentrate tomorrow morning (as only received it last night) and didn't want to use both on in case was too much. The scent is subtle, and my skin has taken to it well (I have very sensitive skin). I like that it is a serum, as I find creams can be too 'heavy'. Thank you, once again for another great product!

moistures the skin, absorbs really quickly to the skin, help with my spot troubled face . Although the consistency of the cream is a bit too thick, as the pump does not give enough of product, and i need to unscrew the cap and mix the cream , that the pumping would be good .

I really love Odylique products, all the ones I have tried have been incredible for my adult acne which has almost gone now. I love how your products are all organic and fresh and natural. However, when ever I get my order the packaging inside isn't recyclable which surprises me as you are such an eco friendly company. Maybe you could use paper to protect rather than the spongy things?

I love this moisturiser. It is light, smells lovely and it really calmed my skin down, it looks less blotchy and red. Very happy and will buy again.

This is a really lovely moisturiser that sinks straight into the skin. It smells divine! I tried it all over my face including eye area and it's brilliant. Doesn't leave my face all shiny either. I so love this. Highly recommended.

Having searched and tried a number of organic products, I decided to try this moisturiser. Amazing! I love the fact I do not need a separate eye cream and it is an all in one cream. Having suffered from eczema on my eyes, am delighted this product not only doesn't irritate my eyes but in fact seems to be helping. The smell is lovely and a little goes a long way.

Your Rose toner and moisturiser are my absolute essentials. They calm and soften my sensitive skin and prevent that tight feeling and even work near my eyes, where other brands made them water! Sometimes just a quick spray of toner perks me up especially on a long flight! I love the delicate smell and I'm always being complimented about the lovely scent I'm wearing when friends hug me!

The best day moisturiser I have ever used, deeply moisturising yet non greasy, so brilliant to use. Leaves my skin soft, truly moisturised and totally protected all day. I can't recommend this moisturiser enough.

I use this moisturiser daily underneath the serum and then sometimes at night as well. It absorbs within a few moments and has never irritated my skin. It smells light, fruity and rosy and leaves your skin moisturised without being greasy. Love it!

I'm in love with this face cream, it's so delicate and moisturises perfectly. Great for a day cream as it absorbs well and isn't greasy.

I've only been using this a few days and already can see and feel the difference. I suffered from redness on my cheeks, this has already gone. Skin feels soft and looks better than ever. It's lovely and light, which I adore as I have the feeling of a heavy cream. I'm a convert. I'm also using the rose tonic and loving the products. It also smells divine.

Let me preface this by saying that it takes either an extremely positive or an extremely negative experience with a product to get me to write a review. Unfortunately, in this case, it happens to be the latter.

I ordered the Timeless Rose Moisturizer along with the Avocado 24-Hour Replenishing Cream from this website a little over a month ago. The company was also kind enough to send me several free samples of these items which I promptly used up before moving on to their full-sized counterparts. Based on the glowing reviews here for both of these moisturizers, I really thought that I would love them, and when I tried the samples, I did. They were pretty much everything I hoped they would be: light textured, sweet smelling, and they left my skin feeling soft and hydrated.

The actual products, however, were a completely different story. Both of these items smelled markedly different from their samples, and the Timeless Rose Moisturizer, in particular, smelled unpleasant and really...off. The only way to describe it is as a peculiar combination of roses and sour milk; it was fairly pungent, and I actually had to stop using it because I was afraid that it had gone bad. Although the Avocado 24-Hour Replenishing Cream wasn't as offensive to my nose, it too smelled a little funky and also had a somewhat grainy texture to it.

The truly disheartening part about this entire experience is that I contacted the company 3 times about these issues in the last month (once by voicemail, once by email and the last time through the Odylique website contact form) and never heard back from them. I even offered to send these products back to them if they'd pay for shipping, hoping to get either replacements or a refund instead, but have yet to receive any response. At this point, I've given up hope that they'll ever address this situation and have thrown both of the moisturizers out in the trash. It's a shame because I really, really wanted to like both of these products and had been willing to give this company another chance if they had simply reached out to me.

I feel so incredibly let down.


Update-7/30/2018
This is a follow up review to the one that was originally posted on 7/13/2018. Kelly from Odylique emailed me shortly afterwards, explaining that they had recently undergone changes to their phone and email systems which made it difficult for some customers to receive their emails. She further explained that they had, in fact, responded to me earlier and that they'd finally solved this problem by contacting me from a different server.

Kelly was courteous and addressed my complaints with professionalism and respect. She said that heat might have played a role in the issues I had with the Rose Moisturizer and also that the slightly gritty texture of the Avocado Cream was a natural part of the production process and nothing to be concerned about. She then offered to replace both of these products which I very much appreciated.

Just received my package in the mail today, and I was very pleasantly surprised and touched by the company's generosity. Not only did they upgrade one of the items I initially ordered (a full-size vs. the smaller one) and give me a replacement for the other, they also included travel sized versions of 2 other products. It was a truly gracious gesture that went above and beyond any expectations on my part and really meant a lot to me. Oh, and for the record, the replacements smell fabulous (just like the samples I originally tried). Can't wait to use them tonight!
