Avocado 24-Hour Replenishing Cream

I love this cream and now my mother does too. Last time I visited I left a bottle there and she tried it. So my last order was for two. BTW, thanks for the full size gift included, I'm looking forward to trying the Ylang Ylang and Orange Wash!

This cream is really marvellous and I like the fact that I do not need a separate eye cream. My (very) mature skin feels comfortable and soft. I am delighted.

I have been using the Avocado 24-hour replenishing cream for 3 months and I love it. It's creamy rich texture is perfect for my very sensitive skin and it smells beautiful. I was worried because I always avoid products which have any smell for fear they will cause a rash, however this was just perfect and my skin is glowing and healthy and feels great.

I received a sachet sample of this with my first order and I'm stunned how much better my skin looks after I used it as a. If the cream. It smells wonderful and my skin looks refreshed, toned and pores are smaller after only one application. Unbelievable! I will be ordering a full size of this.

I have only used the samples sachets I have been sent but have been impressed with this cream. The only thing is the smell, not as nice as the rose and in fact I decided to use the cream on my legs rather than my face because of the smell. My legs felt smooth and nourished after and it rubs in really well.

I use this moisturiser every night and my skin loves it. This cream smells lovely and is great to apply. My skin feels replennished, soft and supple and in the morning totally refreshed,.

I've been using this at night and it's so lovely. It moisturises really well, my skin feels so good after using it for a week. A little goes a long way too so it's great value. Highly recommended.

Let me preface this by saying that it takes either an extremely positive or an extremely negative experience with a product to get me to write a review. Unfortunately, in this case, it happens to be the latter.

I ordered the Timeless Rose Moisturizer along with the Avocado 24-Hour Replenishing Cream from this website a little over a month ago. The company was also kind enough to send me several free samples of these items which I promptly used up before moving on to their full-sized counterparts. Based on the glowing reviews here for both of these moisturizers, I really thought that I would love them, and when I tried the samples, I did. They were pretty much everything I hoped they would be: light textured, sweet smelling, and they left my skin feeling soft and hydrated.

The actual products, however, were a completely different story. Both of these items smelled markedly different from their samples, and the Timeless Rose Moisturizer, in particular, smelled unpleasant and really...off. The only way to describe it is as a peculiar combination of roses and sour milk; it was fairly pungent, and I actually had to stop using it because I was afraid that it had gone bad. Although the Avocado 24-Hour Replenishing Cream wasn't as offensive to my nose, it too smelled a little funky and also had a somewhat grainy texture to it.

The truly disheartening part about this entire experience is that I contacted the company 3 times about these issues in the last month (once by voicemail, once by email and the last time through the Odylique website contact form) and never heard back from them. I even offered to send these products back to them if they'd pay for shipping, hoping to get either replacements or a refund instead, but have yet to receive any response. At this point, I've given up hope that they'll ever address this situation and have thrown both of the moisturizers out in the trash. It's a shame because I really, really wanted to like both of these products and had been willing to give this company another chance if they had simply reached out to me.

I feel so incredibly let down.

This is a follow up review to the one that was originally posted on 7/13/2018. Kelly from Odylique emailed me shortly afterwards, explaining that they had recently undergone changes to their phone and email systems which made it difficult for some customers to receive their emails. She further explained that they had, in fact, responded to me earlier and that they'd finally solved this problem by contacting me from a different server.

Kelly was courteous and addressed my complaints with professionalism and respect. She said that heat might have played a role in the issues I had with the Rose Moisturizer and also that the slightly gritty texture of the Avocado Cream was a natural part of the production process and nothing to be concerned about. She then offered to replace both of these products which I very much appreciated.

Just received my package in the mail today, and I was very pleasantly surprised and touched by the company's generosity. Not only did they upgrade one of the items I initially ordered (a full-size vs. the smaller one) and give me a replacement for the other, they also included travel sized versions of 2 other products. It was a truly gracious gesture that went above and beyond any expectations on my part and really meant a lot to me. Oh, and for the record, the replacements smell fabulous (just like the samples I originally tried). Can't wait to use them tonight!

I've been using this for Just over a month Morning and evening following a quick wash with the honey and oatmeal soap and my skin has got a real glow about it. Hormonal spots around chin and jaw have cleared up. Pores do appear reduced (the spat of good weather may have also helped)

I think the slightly gritty texture which disappears on rubbing in works as a wonderful buffer but does cause blockages with the pump system. I'm 2/3 of the way through and the pump has totally broken and I'm having to unscrew the top and use pump pipe to dig the cream out. Hopefully the air getting to the cream won't degrade its excellent quality. About to order another one.

This is perfect! My skin is combination/normal and I happily use this during the day as well. It is addictive and I use a lot of it, not because I need to (one pump is more than enough) but simply because it feels so great to apply it. And the smell! I'm hooked :-)

This moisturiser has a really nice, fragrant smell. It is thicker than the rose moisturiser, so is more suited to winter. However, I had some really dry skin on my chin and round my mouth which it didn't help to clear up, so if you need hydration for very dry skin, I'd recommend the repair lotion as that helps a lot!

I love this product and have been using it for several years. Compared to other products of the same quality it is a very reasonable price too. However I do have one gripe - I really wish it was packaged in tub form. That way it would be easier to use all the product - I find the pump action glass bottle quite wasteful and have to use a long handled jam spoon to get the last 5 or 10 applications out!! Please Odylique - look at a more user friendly tub with screw lid.....thank you!
