Gentle Herb Shampoo

The first time I used this shampoo it made my hair dry, crunchy and frizzy. I thought maybe it was removing al of the bad chemicals and products from my hair. I continued to use it 2 more times thinking my hair would be “soft” and “dandruff free” like other reviewers said. Nope, my hair was still dry crunchy frizzy and to top it off, I had dry scalp.
I have bleached hair. Maybe that’s why this shampoo did awful things to my hair.
I hate this shampoo. It ruined my hair for weeks. It took a good 3 weeks for my hair to become soft and manageable again.

This shampoo is really lovely. It smells fresh and clean and a little goes a long way. It took a couple of washes to get used to the lack of lather but my hair feels clean, soft and nourished without the need for conditioner. My hair could go bonkers in these strange times but the shampoo has really helped. Thank you.

This is the only shampoo that I have come across that has totally natural ingredients. I initially bought it on recommendation, because I was getting patches of eczema on my scalp. I used it in combination with Odylique Ultra-balm. The eczema cleared up and also my hair was in really good condition.
I now use the shampoo on it's own without the ultra-balm. No more scalp problems and it leaves my soft without the need for any conditioner. All my family now use it and would never go back to other, commercial shampoos.

I would highly recommend this shampoo to anyone looking for a gentle and honest way to treat their hair. My hair felt nourished, clean and well looked after after trying this shampoo. It's natural so doesn't lather up as other chemical shampoos, so you have to massage your scalp a bit to spread the shampoo which is not so bad! Recommended to leave it in a few minutes to allow the nutrients to soak in, perfect! I felt harmonised and relaxed using this shampoo, knowing I was looking after myself and the environment.

I had been searching for literally years for a gentle shampoo that didn't dry out my scalp...particularly during menopause. I always had a dry patch of skin at the top of my forehead but it wasn't dandruff, it just looked like there was a lack of moisture. Shampoos were stripping the natural oils and I was about to give up, then I discovered this little beauty! Gentle Herb Shampoo is great - you don't need a lot to cleanse your hair, add more water to make a little go a long way. You also don't need to use conditioner because the shampoo is so gentle - try it - you'll notice the difference and how soft your hair is afterwards.

10/10 Odylique - I recommend this to friends or anyone with skin concerns who's fed up of the typical high street brands and is ready to try something new.

Like a lot of the other reviewers - I suffer from eczema & have been looking for a shampoo that has no nasties in it = here it is. This is wonderful product, my hair feels clean & my skin feels better for using it especially on my neck (3 weeks of usage so far). It's a shame there is not a bigger bottle available as you need to use a bit to get a good lather. I would highly recommend using this gentle shampoo to anyone but especially to those who have eczema!

My hair has got really use to this shampoo, I am not going to lie, it did take me a while though. You almost feel that initially it is stripping your hair, it's so squeaky clean. Does feel quite knotty (I have long hair) but surprisingly I have now mastered a good comb through starting at the ends with my detangler comb. Once dry it is shiny and full of body feels like hair should. I have used organic shampoo & conditioner for over a decade, but I guess my conditioner must have had something unnatural in it because my hair always felt silky, but it got greasier and weighed down quicker. I do have a beautiful leave in organic conditioner but I only put on the ends of my hair when it's dry and voila hair is healthier coupled with the shampoo I am really happy.xx

I usually use shampoo bars to eliminate plastic, but after a sample of this came with my usual skincare stuff, I had to make a compromise and switch to this. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it, so it gets greasy and loses volume quickly. This, however, makes it squeaky clean, gives it volume and my hair lasts easily for couple of days without dry shampoo. What I like the most is how natural it feels (and obviously is), I had similar effects with deep cleansing shampoos, but they always smell a little too strong and have a slimey texture. This stuff is pure gold.
